Rosemary is known in the Maghreb as yazer or azir.
The original home of rosemary is the Mediterranean basin but its grows in many countries of the world, it's was symbolized in the ancient Greek civilization with honesty and sincerity, as the olive branch is a symbol of peace and tranquility, as the Romans and Greeks considered it a symbol of love and death. Rosemary prefers to grown in well-drained and slightly acidic soil, and it is prefers also to grow at temperatures between 6 and 24 degrees celsius, its worth noting that the cause of the death of the rosemary plant can be caused by excessive or under-watering where a certain level of irrigation must be maintained.
